Return Policy
All sales are final.  Merchandise returns are authorized for warranty repair work only.  Please see our Warranty Terms & Conditions for more information.

Order Cancellation Policy
All order cancellation requests must be submitted to support@warriorairsoft.com within 12 hours after placing the order. Please be aware that we ship all orders the following business day and Saturday for orders being shipped via US Postal Service. If we receive your order cancellation request more than 12 hours after your order has been placed, it is likely that your items(s) will have already shipped. In this case we will be unable to cancel the order.

All order cancellation requests for unshipped orders received after the end-of-day credit card process has begun (6pm MST) are subject to a 15% processing/return fee.  Please thoroughly research the products you wish to buy before making a purchase.

No warranty is assumed on any product.  Products include no warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise within the respective product description.  If you are unclear about the warranty status of any product, please contact us at sales@warriorairsoft.com before you make your purchase.  All sales are final.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
Explicitly stated product warranties are subject to the following restrictions and limitations.  Violations of these terms will void the warranty.

  1. Does not cover non-compliance with instructions in the owner's manual.
  2. Does not cover use of paint bb's, reused bb's, or bb's above/below the recommended weight and/or size.
  3. Does not cover disassembly by anyone other than Warrior Airsoft personnel.
  4. Does not cover intentional or unintentional misuse.
  5. Does not cover alterations of any kind (painting, sanding, upgrading, etc.).
  6. Does not cover accidents (dropping, water damage, etc.).
  7. Does not cover failure to provide proper care, lubrication, or maintenance.
  8. Does not cover battery or charger failure.
  9. Does not cover removal or alteration of orange tip.
  10. Does not cover introduction of foreign matter to inner or outer components of the product.
  11. Item(s) must be within specified warranty period to be eligible for warranty support.
  12. Item(s) must be returned in original manufacturer's packaging and include all related accessories and documents.
  13. Returned products must include RMA# issued by Warrior Airsoft.
  14. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
  15. All shipping fees are assumed by the customer.
  16. Final warranty validation will only be made after Warrior Airsoft has received and inspected the item(s).

Return Process
Only certain items carry a warranty.  Qualifying items may be issued an RMA# (return material authorization number).  All items must be issued an RMA# by Warrior Airsoft before they can returned.  Please follow the steps below when returning any warranty item:

  1. You must contact our tech support team via support@warriorairsoft.com to determine whether the item is indeed defective.  When contacting Warrior Airsoft tech support, please include the following information: the exact name on the order, order number, billing/shipping address, and a detailed description of the problem with the product(s).
  2. If warranty service is required and approved, you will be issued an RMA# via email.  The email will also include the address to which you should return the item(s).  Final warranty claim validation will be determined after the product(s) have been received and inspected by Warrior Airsoft.  Issue of an RMA# does not guarantee the item(s) have a valid warranty claim.  All valid warranty claims must satisfy Warranty Terms & Conditions.
  3. After receiving an RMA#, prepare the item for return to Warrior Airsoft by including in the original manufacturer's box all accessories, parts, and documents that came with the product plus a copy of the original invoice with the RMA# clearly written on it.  You are responsible for shipping costs to Warrior Airsoft.

If an item is received and any of the criteria in Warranty Terms & Conditions is not satisfied, the warranty will be null and void and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Payment Policy
Warrior Airsoft accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal transactions via secure Paypal checkout.  We do not accept COD payments.  Orders placed with credit cards will be shipped only to addresses with an identical billing address.  This policy protects both Warrior Airsoft and our customers from credit card fraud.  Orders with non-matching billing/shipping addresses will be canceled immediately and the customer will be notified via email if an email address has been provided.

Shipping Policy
All orders shipping to the continental United States will be shipped via FedEx.  Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via US Postal Service.  All valid orders will ship the next business day including Saturday.

International Shipping Policy
Warrior Airsoft currently ships to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.  Please refer to the table below for our current shipping rates.
